Canon IXY Digital 10 = Canon Digital IXUS 70?

What I want to know is, what is the "Canon IXY Digital 10" camera as in the outside world known (ie, other parts of Asia or Europe)? I found the design and specifications similar to "Canon Digital IXUS 70", but I'm not sure whether models actually pulling the same thing or not.
