Does my Canon Elph Charger has dual voltage?

I have the Basic battery charger and was wondering if I travel to Australia, where it is 220 volts, Will it work? I know what I need to get the plug-in but I also need a converter? Change?

not necessary. only carry a converter. the converter should have the ability, "" convert the power so your battery can be recharged.
